as Visualization Services for this 3 story office building above 2 stories of parking in West Midtown, Atlanta. Brink Design worked to maximize buildable square footage on the site, and to develop a design that fit within the context of the existing, sometimes historic, brick buildings of Atlanta’s west side.

The design was meant to provide familiar facade elements and density at the street level, with pilasters at regular intervals and floor to ceiling glass. The floors above where given large open windows and open floor plans to accommodate a large variety of tenant fit out options. Andrew Haney was the designer for this project for Brink Design and was responsible for the project including project management, client management and design and planning services.
