Before joining Brink Design Andrew Haney was the Project Architect, Designer, and Construction Project Manager for this project. The hotel and conference center includes 330 guestrooms, and totals 335,000 SF.

Andrew Haney began this project after the conceptual design phase and worked to design, coordination, and document the building throughout the project. In the design phase of the project, Andrew providing design and detailing for the building exterior. Andrew also composed the interior design for the ballroom in the conference center including identifying and implementing the design concept for the custom decorative parametric light fixture in the ceiling and the custom perforated metal panel lighting above entry doors. Andrew was also responsible for managing the project throughout construction. Due to schedule constraints this project used a phased/accelerated approach to construction, which began while some elements of the building were still being designed. As construction progressed construction progress, field conditions and shop drawings needed to be carefully monitored and coordinated with future design and drawing releases. This meant evaluating the newly constructed existing conditions and updating the construction documents per any new changes in addition to managing the design process towards the goals of the project.
