FULTON TERRACE

This 1600 square foot, 3 bedroom home in Atlanta, GA is a unique renovation that also includes an office nook, roof deck with views to downtown, master on main, front and back patio space, and an open first floor plan. We worked with local regulations to provide a decent sized home for the small lot by taking advantage of the existing house footprint, and included an addition on the back of the home that required no variances.  The form really spoke to a modern aesthetic, so we went all in, providing open spaces with great light, and bringing in warmth through natural materials and clean deatailing.
