This 3500 square foot, 5 bedroom home in Atlanta, GA also includes a loft social space, a third floor office and a roof deck with views to downtown. We worked with local regulations for roof slopes, setbacks, and openings to create a home with a modern twist that neatly fits a lot into a small footprint.
