Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, money orders, and a rather clumsy PayPal method. If you choose to pay via PayPal, at checkout, when prompted for payment method, select Credit Card Details Sent Separately. Then log in to your www.paypal.com account and send payment to paypal@brinkdesign.com. If paying by check, allow enough time for your check to arrive here and for the check to clear. With both check and PayPal, it is a good idea to contact us regarding your order and the associated shipping. Shipping And Handling Domestic orders (US) We publish US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping charges. Packages weighing 13 ounces or less, however, will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which is more economical. Scrapbook pages measuring 12 x 12 will only fit in a Priority Mail box (as opposed to the large Priority Mail flat envelope suitable for 8.5 x 11-inch pages). Priority Mail is not the least expensive way to ship but is our baseline for estimating charges. If actual shipping for your order is less than what is published on this site, we will charge only the actual shipping. International orders We do not currently accept international orders. Delivery Schedule We attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible. We normally send out retail orders within two business days of receiving payment. We normally send out wholesale orders (stores only) within five business days. International orders (outside the US) will obviously take longer to arrive. If mailed in a box, retail orders will normally be inserted into a clear plastic envelope which will be taped to the bottom of the box. This allows added stability for your papers without adding unnecessary postage to your order. Please remove your order from the box carefully. Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States, the catalog will apply sales tax to all in-state (North Carolina) orders. Orders from all other states are tax free, but don't forget to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero. Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
