Stamp Leather Frame paper with line stamp. Repeat to make lines extend across panel.

Stamp cat stamp on Leather panel with black ink and color in cat face with Twinkling H20s. Tear paper. Mount on black cardstock and trim leaving a tiny edge. Punch holes at eyes and insert round rivets. Cut out cat eye irises from black paper and glue on round rivets.

Stamp cat stamp again on Leather and tear paper around stamp.

Stamp Postcard stamp and color in with Twinkling H20s. Trim everything but stamp and mount on Leather Frame with glue.

Glue secondary cat on Leather Frame. Glue feature cat on Leather frame. Hand-write message.

For card base, use a Fine Liner with Duo glue to make swirls around the edges. When glue dries, embellish with gold leaf.

Send card to the lovely new friend who inspired it.
